Promsied delivery by the 12th of Aug and we did not recieve the items until the 7th of Sept. Poor commmunication from the vendor. Alibaba instigated a refund process due to the late shipment but it was impossible to follow. Alibaba contiually sent through Dispute Notiifcation emails but impossible to be able to progress it to a conclusion. Once it was shipped in late Aug, Australia Post performed poorly stating the item could not be delivered due to no Unit number being supplied.......It is an office in a commmercial building.
